We couldn’t recommend Carebear Nannies more!
Stacey looked after our 2.5 year old son and our baby girl of 6 months for a week. During the day, she took them to the kids club, the beach, the playground, gave them lunch and put them down for their naps. In the evening she came to our room, helped with bedtime and watched them whilst we went out for dinner.
Our kids adored her. She was loving, fun, but also kept control. She did a great job of juggling both of them at once; a potty training toddler and a breast fed baby who was just discovering solids! She was always punctual, and bent over backwards to make us high maintenance parents happy. She collected them or delivered them back to wherever we were, provided kids packed lunches when needed, let us borrow her inflatables for the pool and even took our toddler back for a vital nap at her place when we were kicked out the hotel room on the final day.
An absolute gem of a find. Can’t wait to return to Tenerife and book her again!

Stacey has a warm welcoming smile and is a hugely capable pair of hands. Jack (3yrs) and Max (1yr) instantly warmed to her and didn’t bat an eye lid when I suggested Stacey take them to kids club for a couple of hours each day She is a very caring lady who knew how important it would be for the boys to have the same face throughout our stay, both during the day and for evening babysitting. She helped pick up extra wet wipes and bits from the supermarket for us and even arrived with her own buckets and spades so we could have fun on the beach. For restaurant recommendations and directions outside the hotel she is the lady so she really did contribute to everyone having a fabulously fun and relaxing holiday.

As soon as I met Stacey I felt at ease not only did she bond with the children quickly so that they felt happy but I also I liked that she had a uniform and hotel security checks so we knew it was definitely her! The children had a lovely time with her and looked forward to the nights she was with them as they did fun stuff together that the children really enjoyed. My eldest felt it was the best part of her holiday! We would highly recommend this service and will be back next year and will definitely be booking Stacey again!

We were delighted with Carebear Nannies, who we used when we went on holiday to Tenerife with our 8 month old baby boy. Stacey was absolutely lovely with our son and entertained him and looked after him perfectly each afternoon. She was always warm and very smiley, and he always beamed when she arrived! She was also very punctual and efficient. We would totally recommend using Carebear Nannies."

We have used Carebears for the past three years to help with our 3 young children whilst on holiday. This year we were lucky to have Stacey H, who was a wonderful nanny. She was patient, kind and loving towards our children. Every day our children asked to play with her, as she always bought and planned thoughtful and age appropriate entertainment and fun activities. Stacey was always on time and when needed, flexible. Our 3 year old wants Stacey to come and live with us, which is possibly the best feedback I can give <3

We have a 14 mth old baby boy & were naturally a little apprehensive about leaving him with anyone but upon meeting Stacey that vanished. Samuel loved going to kids club and having his lunch with Stacey. He was really comfortable and happy with her. He hated when she left. It gave us a little time for ourselves. I'd so recommend Stacey to anyone. She's such a caring, honest and lovely person. We have recommended her to all our friends who also visit the hotel and would definitely book Stacey if we return. Hi CareBear nannies! I just wanted to write a quick thank you for the amazing service you provided for our week in Tenerife. We needed someone to watch our kids during dinner time every night, and even though we left it to the last minute to contact you, you came up with a great solution and met our needs without a problem. The two nannies who helped us out were experienced, great with our kids, and very professional. We plan to return next year and will definitely be in touch (sooner this time haha). We thought Sue was absolutely fantastic. We were delighted with the care that she gave our 18 month old son. He had such a lovely fun time on holiday and that was in large part thanks to Sue's efforts.
